My practice is very much based on my belief that optimum health and well-being is achieved through harmony between the mind, body and spirit.

Practicing both acupuncture and hypnotherapy allows me to offer whichever therapy you need most to start the healing process. In addition to the acupuncture and hypnotherapy, I am a qualified Reiki practitioner and also offer other lifestyle and dietary advice, if necessary.

I have been a therapist since 1997, and have experience in treating a wide range of conditions. I moved my practice from London to East Sussex in 2002, and now work from two clinics in Lewes.
